I. Technical specifications and requirements
1.1 Operating environment: Temperature: -5 to 45°C, humidity: 20% to 90% RH.
Power supply: single-phase/three-phase five-wire 220v/380v ±10%, 50Hz ±5%;
Air pressure: 0.4 to 0.6Mpa.


1.2 Equipment composition: column, standard fixture, camera beam, camera, target, turntable, mobile small cabinet, computer, 21.5" LCD monitor, 18.5" LCD monitor, printer, cushion block, wedge cushion block, brake holder, turntable transition block and other accessories.


1.3 Technical parameters:

II. General technical requirements for equipment


  1. The electric control cabinet needs necessary heat dissipation equipment.

  2. There should be a main power switch in the control cabinet, and the operation of the main power switch should be set outside the cabinet.

  3. Each electric control cabinet should have a spare universal power socket (220VAC).

  4. All components should have code marks, connecting wires should be numbered and marked in the electrical diagram.

  5. All equipment should be safe and reliable during the workpiece transfer process and the operation of the equipment body.

  6. The equipment should have necessary protective devices and there should be no phenomena of electric leakage, air leakage or water leakage.

  7. When relevant national departments inspect and certify the buyer, the seller needs to ensure that the equipment can pass relevant inspections and certifications (production consistency).

  8. The seller must provide a third-party qualified report for the equipment's instruments and meters.

  9. Random spare parts and special tools.


III. Technical archives
Technical documents submitted by the seller: The technical documents provided at the final acceptance mainly include documents such as operation, installation, debugging and maintenance, mainly as follows: main structure diagram of the equipment, electrical control schematic diagram of the equipment, wiring diagram, equipment operation manual, equipment maintenance manual, control program manual, all installation materials of the equipment, list of purchased parts and related manuals, and certificate of conformity. Provide three sets of the above drawings and documents.


IV. Approval and acceptance


  1. Pre-acceptance is at the buyer's usage site. The content of pre-acceptance mainly includes the equipment appearance, functions, motion status, etc., and conducts a comprehensive inspection of the installation accuracy, mechanical accuracy and functions of the equipment.

  2. Final acceptance
    2.1 Final acceptance must be carried out after all equipment at the buyer's site is installed and debugged.
    2.2 The equipment operates well and can meet the design technical requirements and the buyer's technical requirements.
    2.3 All archive materials of the equipment are complete.
    2.4 During the period from installation, debugging to the end of final acceptance, the seller conducts training on debugging, operation and maintenance for the buyer's personnel at the buyer's site.
    2.5 After three months or 3000 vehicles of assessment, and there are no problems.
    2.6 The quality guarantee period of the equipment is one year, starting from the date of signature after the buyer's final acceptance.

The seller conducts the second stage of training for the buyer during the equipment installation, debugging and operation process.


VI. Technical service


  1. The equipment warranty period is one year after final acceptance (the warranty period does not include the seller's troubleshooting time).

  2. Warranty regulations: During the warranty period, under normal use conditions, if the equipment fails, the seller will provide free maintenance and replacement of parts. The quality guarantee period of the equipment starts from the date of signature after the buyer's final acceptance. One-year warranty for the whole machine, three-year warranty for cameras and target disks, and three-month warranty for tablets and printers.

  3. After the seller receives the buyer's equipment failure notice, the seller shall respond within 24 hours, and the maintenance personnel shall arrive at the buyer's site within 48 hours.


VII. Work interface


  1. The seller is responsible for: equipment design, manufacturing, debugging, full transportation and installation.

  2. The buyer is responsible for: power supply and compressed air interfaces on the primary side of the equipment.


VIII. Packaging, transportation, installation and debugging


  1. Packaging and transportation: The packing box is a new and strong wooden box or iron box that meets Chinese immunity standards, suitable for long-distance transportation, moisture-proof, rust-proof, shock-proof and rough handling prevention, suitable for sea and land transportation and overall hoisting.

  2. When the equipment is delivered to the site, the buyer and the seller jointly confirm the purchased goods and their status.

  3. Installation and debugging
    3.1 The seller is responsible for equipment installation and debugging, and is fully responsible for the correctness of equipment installation and debugging.
    3.2 The seller prepares all tools required for installation and debugging by itself.
